Service Provider: Johnny African – Professional Mixing & Mastering

1. Overview

This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled for all mixing and mastering services provided by Johnny African. The goal is to ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and the service provider.

2. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • Each project includes:
    • Mixing: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per track
    • Mastering: Up to 1 round of revision per track
  • Revisions allow clients to request adjustments to balance, tone, or overall sound.
  • Feedback should be provided consolidated in one set per revision round.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  1. The project cannot be completed due to a technical or service error on the provider’s side.
  2. Agreed-upon services are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after approval of the quote.

Please note: Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction that can be addressed through revisions, or for work already delivered in accordance with the project scope.

4. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a project before any work begins.
  • If work has already started, the project fee may be partially non-refundable, depending on the time spent and work completed.
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

5. Dispute Handling

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through open communication between the client and service provider.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, Paystack’s dispute process may be used.
  • The policy ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of revision limits, refund conditions, and delivery expectations.
